WordPress Tutorial # 2 – Account Setup

To set up new account go to WordPress.com and click get started button.

Now fill up all the required fields it ask on the registration page. Choose your blog name and address or you can leave it blank if you want to do it later.
Enter your desired username and check if its available.
Enter your password, and email.
WordPress will send conformation email to your email account. Go to your email account and then click the link provided to verify your email address. This step is very critical and if you will not verify your email account, your Wordpress account will get deleted.
Now your account is set up and you can start making your blog or website.
